Keep Healthy Snacks Handy
- It's so tempting to go for what treats are being passed around, or even go to the vending machine. So I keep healthy snacks at my desk -- this way, I can just grab them and keep on working. It's almost automatic, so I don't entertain options that might not be best for me.

Brown bag it!
- I used to eat take-out, or go to the cafeteria for lunch everyday at work, but now I bring my own bag lunch. I make sure that I pack stuff that I really love. Like a great sandwich with lettuce and tomato on a whole wheat roll, or fruit and cottage cheese. That way I'm not tempted when everyone around me is eating burgers and fries.
