Regular exercise is an important part of diabetes management. It keeps you fit, makes it easier to maintain a healthy weight and helps keep your blood glucose levels under control. But when winter comes, in many parts of the country, the weather conditions can make you think twice about going outside to exercise.
What should you do when the winter winds are howling, snow is piling up around your door or the short daylight hours make you want to stay in where it's warm and dry?
