- I try to rememeber that today is not different than any other day. I watch my carbs and eat a litle of each food that I wold like to taste.

- It's only 1 day or 1 weekend. For those big gatherings centered around meals, stick to the LOW CARB foods. Celery stuffed with cream cheese or peanut butter, brussel sprouts, ham, other cheeses, green salads. But have very small amounts of whatever "Good Stuff" is there. You won't feel deprived or insanely off the wagon. Tommorrow is a beautiful new beginning !!! By the way, low carb eating is a spectacular way to keep or get your bloodsugar LOW.

Portion, portion, portion...
- I usually look at all the food and treats that are being offered and choose my three favorite things. Then I take small (3-4 bite) portions of those three things. After that, I pour a big cup of fresh coffee and go visit with everyone. That's the point of the holidays anyway.
