More people are trying diabetes alternative diets such as raw food, whole food, vegan, and vegetarian diets.
I have tried these all with good results. It can be hard to follow these diets 100% of the time.
I personally follow what I call an “Eating Ladder.” I place eating plans on the ladder from the most effective to the least effective and move down the ladder until I find one that works at the moment.
