Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed, cooked and drained
- 7 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup fat-free milk, heated
- 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
- 2 tbsp. reduced fat margarine
Preparation:
Using an electric mixer, combine all ingredients. Do not overbeat.
