Garlic Mashed Potatoes

The perfect low fat potatoes mashed with heart healthy garlic go so well with crispy baked chicken

Ingredients:
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed, cooked and drained
  • 7 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup fat-free milk, heated
  • 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. reduced fat margarine
Preparation:

Using an electric mixer, combine all ingredients. Do not overbeat.
