Ingredients:
- 1 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Splenda baking sugar
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, first with a spoon and next with your hands to make sure it's well-incorporated. Roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet and flatten slightly by pressing down with a fork. Bake for about 9 minutes at 375, let sit on cookie sheet for 5 minutes after removing from oven, then transfer to a cooling rack.
