Healthy & Easy Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

With only 4 ingredients, this is a low-sugar and low-fat treat you can whip up quickly -- and it will taste better than store-bought treats.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 9 minutes

Total Time: 14 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Splenda baking sugar
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, first with a spoon and next with your hands to make sure it's well-incorporated. Roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet and flatten slightly by pressing down with a fork. Bake for about 9 minutes at 375, let sit on cookie sheet for 5 minutes after removing from oven, then transfer to a cooling rack.
