New Research in Complementary Medicine

With a surge in interest surrounding CAM in the past several years, more studies are under way to explore the efficacy of various herbal, mineral and dietary treatments for diabetes, as well as myriad other disease processes. We will likely see more extensive scientific studies surrounding these therapies in the future — as the medical community searches for scientific evidence to support using CAM routinely in treating diabetes.
