Grilled zucchini is a crowd pleaser. Some squash can be a little stringy or chewy, but zucchini has an easy crunch when cooked just right on the grill. As a gardener, I'm also always looking for ways to use zucchini because zucchini plants often produce a bounty! This quick recipe can be served up with grilled chicken, fish or steak to complete a meal.
