From Debra Manzella, R.N., About.com GuideNovember 18, 2009

24 million people have been diagnosed with diabetes, but it's estimated that an additional 5.7 million people have the disease and don't know it.

How is that possible? Type 2 diabetes doesn't always have clear symptoms, and many times people aren't even aware that they have it. Sometimes the first time it's diagnosed is after a check-up or physical.

Diabetes does have symptoms. Read here to find out what they are...

If you are dealing with diabetes please accept Jesus in your heart and ask Jesus to heal you. Just say out loud now Jesus I believe and I accept you.
Thank you for listening

It’s not enough that u accept Jesus in your heart and do nothing, you also have to do ur part. You’re just misleading others in your belief.

Maybe we accept Jesus and follow what the doctor ordered: exercise, sensible diet and take your medicines or supplements regularly.

On the diet, one thing I learned from my Japanese and Asian friends is this vegetable they call tsuru reishi aka bitter melon. It probably works as few of them have diabetes nor obese. If you can’t take its bitterness then there maybe extracts in capsule form.
