Lung Function Declines with Diabetes

A study that appeared in the April, 2008 issue of the Diabetes Care journal, shows that lung function in people with diabetes decreased at a more dramatic rate than in people without the disease.

The data upholds evidence that the lung may be another area that is vulnerable to diabetic complications.
