Deaf Doctor Offers On-line Educational Videos on Diabetes

Dr. Carolyn Stern, a deaf doctor, has developed educational videos in American Sign Language to assist deaf/hearing impaired people in learning about their health. Her videos, part of the LifeLinks Video Relay Service, are concise and cover many common diseases and conditions including diabetes. In the diabetes video, Dr. Stern explains the basics of diabetes management.
