Cutting the Cost of Heart-Healthy Produce

Getting more fruits and vegetables in our diets is important for reducing the risks of heart disease, high blood pressure, and development of type 2 diabetes. Eating more produce can also help us lose weight or maintain a healthy weight.

Experts tell us to eat 3-5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, but they don't always tell us how we're supposed to afford them.
