Hi Cede,
If you are worried
that you have diabetes, you need to tell your parents. They need to know.
The only way to know for sure if you have diabetes is to go to the doctor
and get your blood sugar tested.
Chances are if
your parents “freak out”, they are doing it out of love for you, even
though it may not seem like it at the time.
Here are the symptoms of diabetes. Frequent urination, increased thirst,
weight loss, weakness, fatigue, tingling or numbness in your hands or
feet, blurred vision, skin that is dry or itchy, frequent infections or
cuts and bruises that take a long time to heal. Plus, please see the above list.
If you have one or more of these symptoms, or if you are at all worried
about having diabetes, please tell your parents and see your doctor.

How many times a day is frequent urination. And is weight gain a sign of type 1 diabetes
For the past two weeks I have been experiencing some major diabetes symptoms and they were very obvious symptoms. But for the past few days the symptoms have been very mild. They are still there but not to the same degree as they were. Should I still be concerned? Should I tell my parents to take me to the doctor? Please email me back.
